Returns Information

When you place an order with us on cdcloth.com, you are welcome to return any full priced item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided you return them within 15 days of delivery.

Items purchased from our online outlet item may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

To return an item, please provide your order number. Once your return has been approved you will be directed to our returns portal to print and arrange your return. Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as CDCLOTH accepts no liability for returned orders that do not reach us. If your item is faulty, once we have confirmed and accepted your return, we will reimburse any shipping costs along with your original order value.

Item/s purchased from our sample sale are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Items should be returned, unused with all original packaging including authenticity cards and dust bags. Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s). This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.

Please note, we do not accept returns for personalised or bespoke items.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.
